Processing time

Items that are in stock will be processed within 1-2 business days (we do our best to get orders out under 24 hours). This processing time is in addition to the amount of time your parcel is in transit.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service you select. You will be able to see the estimated time of delivery during checkout. Please note, these are estimates only. There may be delays due to the COVID19 pandemic, busy holiday shipping seasons or natural disasters.

Customs and import charges / duty

Our shop is located in Ontario, Canada and all orders will be dispatched from there. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
